My wardrobe is season ready!
I’ve finally taken the time to reorganize my wardrobe by bringing forward and out the stash saved for a rainy day, literally. Autumn styling is my absolute favourite particularly because I love layering.
Jeans form an integral portion of my wardrobe and because I work in a casual environment I tend to purchase more casual attire now than ever before, however we all have that perfect fitting jean that we just can’t let go of and predominantly this makes purchasing a pair of jeans a very calculated and strategic buy. It’s got to look like it was made for you, be it a classic cut, a flare (very hot this season) or a skinny cut, it has to look and feel tailor made, no exceptions.
I visited Loja das Meias in Maputo and the mission was to find the pair just right for me, except I found a lot more than I bargained for, these super skinny stretch Ralph Lauren jeans that are simply obsession worthy. I decided to extend the sourcing and complete a mini Autumn Lookbook to give you an idea of really simple ensembles for the season without much effort. Be sure to invest in blazers, capes, coats and scarves, these simple additions can polish your look as well as complete the look, if you’re outdoors and the sun is out go ahead and try a winter hat.
